third degree sexual abuse of a minor

A 23-year-old Cheyenne man who pleaded guilty in December to two counts of third-degree sexual abuse of a minor will spend the next 14 to 20 years in prison.

The alleged crimes commenced in 1980 and would continue for two years to seven years depending on the victim.
