Title Matches Set for State H.S. Volleyball

Kelly Walsh will be looking for their first state championship since 2010 as the Trojans advanced to the 4A championship beating Cheyenne Central 3-1 on Friday night at the Casper Events Center. KW will play Cheyenne East on Saturday as the T-Birds knocked off Sheridan 3-0. In 3A, Douglas advanced to the title match beating defending champion Powell 3-0. The Cats will face Mountain View in the final after a 3-0 win over Rawlins. Over in 2A, Wright goes to the championship with a 3-0 win over Lyman. The Panthers will meet Big Horn who defeated Southeast 3-1. In 1A its will be an all southwest final as Cokeville eliminated Kaycee 3-1 and Snake River defeated Encampment 3-1. The championship matches will be Saturday afternoon at 4pm.
