Several counties in eastern Wyoming are under a tornado watch until 9 p.m. Tuesday.

At roughly 1:50 p.m., the National Weather Service issued a tornado watch for Campbell, Weston, Niobrara, Crook, Converse, Platte and Goshen counties.

Scattered hail as large as apples is likely along with scattered wind gusts of up to 70 mph.
