University of Wyoming Seeks New Head Strength Coach

In a bit of a surprise University of Wyoming Director of Sports Performance Russell Dennison has resigned to seek other career opportunities.

The move was announced Tuesday in a press release from the University of Wyoming.

Dennison came to UW in January 2016 after a five-year stint as the assistant strength and conditioning coach with the Oklahoma Sooner football program. Over the past 18 months he worked directly with the Cowboy football program and also oversaw the strength and conditioning staff for all Wyoming’s sports.
