Vandals Shoot Out Windows At Atrium Plaza [PHOTOS]

The Atrium Plaza in the downtown Casper area was vandalized Friday evening. Three windows were damaged by BB Gun projectiles.

Local businessman Pete Maxwell has offered a $1000.00 reward for any information that leads to the conviction of the individual(s) responsible.
