Warm and windy

Temperatures today and Tuesday will be well above normal for Wyoming.  This will be especially true for the eastern areas.  Winds will strong in the Casper area this afternoon with breezy to windy conditions elsewhere

.  Warm and windy conditions look likely on Tuesday for central, eastern and southern areas.  Tuesday will also bring a chance of light showers to far western Wyoming.
