I recently had to take a trip to the dentist which is my least favorite thing and I know that I am not alone when it comes to having to go in and see the dentist. I always thought that I am doing something wrong when it comes to taking care of my teeth, but I am happy to see that there are some factors that have an impact on your teeth all dependant on where you live.

Wallethub has done us a favor by ranking each state on their dental health. I was told that if you have bad teeth or constantly have cavities and things that need to be fixed it has to do mainly with your genetics. Which isn't far in the slightest. I put in the work to keep them shiny and clean but yet do to my parents I don't have the right to have nice pearly whites?

It turns out that where you live can have a pretty massive impact on your teeth. So don't be too hard on yourself and make sure to go and get that cleaning to avoid more trips to the dentist than you need.
