Who Remembers The Cowboys Of CY Ranch In Casper?

I have to ask for your help on this photo because I haven't been able to find out a whole lot about the CY ranch nor a ton of info on these Cowboys.

This has been shared on Facebook from Casper College Western History Center and they didn't have a date for when this photo was taken so I want your help in finding out a little bit more about this photo.

And depending on how far back your bloodline goes in Casper I'm sure some of you know a couple of these cowboys.
