More than two months have passed since a $25,000 per year winning lottery ticket was drawn in Evanston — and it's still unclaimed.

The ticket was purchased at Discount Liquor located at 749 Overthurst Rd. in Evanston on Dec. 22.

“We encourage all of our players who may have purchased a ticket in the Evanston area on December 22, to check their tickets,” Jon Clontz, CEO of WyoLotto, said in a press release. “You might be our big winner and just not know it yet, or maybe you're just taking this time to figure out what you will do with all the winnings. Either way, we want to write you that first check of many.”

According to the release, the ticket is good for $25,000  a year for the rest of the winner's life.

The winning numbers for the Jan. 17 draw were 9, 22, 27, 38 and 46.
