The Wyoming Cowboys finish the regular season Saturday afternoon when they travel to Fort Collins to play Colorado State in the annual Border War. The Pokes (7-4) and 4-2 in the Mountain West Conference can finish a very respected third place in the conference behind TCU and Boise State. Not bad considering the Cowboys were picked by many to finish either fifth or sixth in the preseason. The Cowboys who are bowl eligible could find out where they are playing in the postseason sometime Monday. Meanwhile for the Rams they will try to win the Boot back after being blasted by the Pokes in Laramie last year 44-0. CSU is 3-8 overall and 1-5 in conference play. Kickoff from Hughes Stadium Saturday is at noon with the pregame show at 11am on AM 1030 KTWO.
