Wyoming Loses Swimming Giant

Longtime Lander swimming coach Bruce Gresly died over the weekend following a stroke. His accomplishments with the Lander swimming program cannot be understated. Gresly won 19 consecutive state championships with the last one back in February. He was a graduate of the University of Wyoming and all told, won 29 state championships with the Lander boy's and girl's swimming teams. Those 19 straight state titles is 5 short of the national record held by a Jacksonville, Florida high school. Gresly was 70 years old
