The dates are set, for this year's Wyoming Outdoor Expo: Celebrating Wyoming's Wildlife and Wild Places. The Expo will be held May 9th-11th at the Casper Events Center and buses full of students traditionally head to the event, but teachers who are planning to take their classes need to register early.

The Expo will be open to school classes during the day on Thursday, May 9th and Friday, May 10th and the free event is appropriate for students in all grades. If you're a teacher and you're planning on having your students attend, Wyoming Game and Fish officials say registration is required by April 1st.

  • learning about wildlife and habitat management
  • dissecting a fish
  • solving a wildlife crime mystery
  • Learning about outdoor safety
