The Wyoming Cowboys continue to struggle offensively as they lose at Colorado State on Saturday night 65-46. The UW defense has been able to hold their opponents below 70 points per game but not getting a lot of offense to go along with the defense. Derrious Gilmore led the Cowboys with 26 points, but not much from anyone else. Leading scorer Leonard Wahington was held to 9 points and Larry Nance Jr. with just 3 points. The guard combo of Riley Grabau and Josh Adams went a combined 0-12 from the field as the Cowboys shot just 29 percent from the field. Wyoming drops to 15-6 overall and 2-6 in the Mountain West Conference. CSU improves to 18-4 overall and 5-2 in league play, and have won 26 games in a row at home. The Pokes will be on the road at Cal Bakersfield on Wednesday night.

The Baltimore Ravens claimed their 2nd Super Bowl Championship with a 34-31 win over San Francisco Sunday night in New Orleans. Jacoby Jones played a big role in the win for the Ravens with a touchdown reception and a record tying 108 yard kickoff return for a touchdown.
