The Glenrock Herders had a very strong effort in the State  2A Wrestling Tournament over the weekend at the Casper Events Center with 3 individual champions. Tate Stoddard repeated as a state champion  with a win over William Fish of Lusk in the 113 pound title match with a pin. Joe Taylor won his 2nd state title with a victory over Ammon Teichert of Cokeville 11-2. Taylor won the 3A state championship at 106 pounds last season. Herder heavyweight Jadon Williams brought the house down with a victory in the final match of the night, pinning Tanner Feehan of Moorcroft. He finished the year with a record of 35-16.  Glenrock's Garrett Schwindt lost a tough 4-3 decision to Todd Walker of Lingle

year ago, Glenrock took 4th at state in 3A which at the time was their best finish in the history of the school. Now a 2nd place finish is their best effort, ever as Moorcroft repeated as the 2A champions.
