Casper College Basketball With Crucial Road Games This Weekend

The Casper College men's and women's basketball teams face crucial road games this week as they begin the final month of the regular season. The T-Birds will be in Riverton on Friday night and Rock Springs Saturday afternoon.

The T-Bird women sit on top of the Central Sub-Region with a 5-0  record and a one game lead over Gillette College. Central Wyoming of Riverton is 1-3. The T-Bird women are 15-7 overall. The T-Bird men are 4-1 in sub-region play. Central Wyoming is 1-3. The T-Bird men are 17-6 overall. On Saturday afternoon the T-Bird men who have won nine of their last ten games face Western Wyoming (4-0 sub-region) who gave Casper College their only loss here in the 2011 portion of the season. All four games can be heard on AM 1400 ESPN. Friday's games in Riverton starting with the women begins at 5:15 pm and Saturday's contest in Rock Springs again begin with the women at 2:45 pm.
