Casper Festival Finalist for Sunset Magazine Reader’s Choice

A Casper festival has just made the final 4 for a national magazine reader's choice poll.

The first-ever Booze and Bacon Festival has been nominated for Sunset Magazine's Reader's Choice Travel Awards. If you scroll down through their categories, you'll see this:

As you can see, the Booze and Bacon Festival in Casper is up against celebrations from Oregon, New Mexico and Seattle. It would be a sad thing for a festival that isn't based in Casper to get this trophy, so get your vote in. Voting continues until June 14 according to the website.

Sunset Magazine is one of the biggest publications that covers the western lifestyle. Their Facebook page alone has over half a million followers. Let's let all those folks know how we like to celebrate in Casper.
