Casper Police Seek Help Finding Missing Person

The Casper Police Department is asking for the public's help in finding a missing man.

According to a statement on social media, police need help locating Emmanuel "Manny" Potter.

Potter is 5'11", weighs 165 lbs and is African American.

He was last seen in the Casper area in August.
