CANTON, Ohio (AP) — Exhibition play for the NFL is underway. In Sunday night's annual Pro Football Hall of Fame game in Canton, Ohio, the Dallas Cowboys' beat the Miami Dolphins 24-20. Rookie Devonte Holloman's 75-yard interception return with a tipped pass keyed the Dallas victory. It was the biggest play for a Dallas defense switching to a 4-3 alignment under new coordinator Monte Kiffin.

BALTIMORE (AP) — Baltimore Colts Hall of Fame defensive tackle Art Donovan has died at age 89.

Donovan played 12 years in the NFL and helped the Colts win championships in 1958 and '59 before retiring in 1961. But it was his ability to spin stories about his life and football career that made him a household name as he appeared on several late-night talk shows following his retirement.
