Cowgirls Find Little Traction in Fresno

The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team blew a 12 point first half lead and lost to Fresno State on the road on Wednesday night 64-52. the Cowgirls were outscored by 19 in the 2nd half and turned the ball over 17 times. UW was led in scoring by Marta Gomez with 17 and Marquelle Dent chipped in 13. Fresno improves to 15-9 overall and 11-2 in Mountain West Conference play while UW sits at 12-12 overall and 5-9 in league play. The Cowgirls will be at home to meet Colorado State on Saturday in Laramie
