Cowgirls Lose Road Contest to Idaho
The Wyoming Cowgirl basketball team went 0-2 in their road trip over the weekend with a loss to Gonzaga on Thursday and a defeat to Idaho on Saturday 61-57. Marquelle Dent had 22 points for the Cowgirls with Gillette native Jordan Kelley contributing 14 points and 12 rebounds. Idaho ended up winning the game thanks to 2 free throws with :09 seconds to go in the game. UW is 3-3 on the year and will visit Denver University on Wednesday afternoon.
The Cowgirls lost a tough one at Idaho on Saturday.
