David Street Station Turns on the Water for New Splash Pad

David Street Station upgraded with splash today. Phase Two became a reality when they turned the water on for the Hilltop National Bank Splash Pad. The new water feature will be a refreshing treat for downtown visitors all summer long. In winter months, the Splash Pad will transform into an ice skating rink. Also now open is an observation deck for additional seating and break from the sun's rays. The goal is to give Casper a place to gather downtown, or to become a place #WhereCasperComesTogether.
