He's one of the leading action stars of this decade. He's shared the screen with the likes of Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Brenden Frasier, Sean William Scott, and more. But he's also a multiple-time WWE champion, World Champion, Intercontinental Champion, and Tag Team Champion. Despite his theatrical success,  Dwayne Johnson the actor,  will still always be The Rock, and last night at WWE's 25th Anniversary of Survivor Series, The Rock returned to the ring for the first time in more than 7 years.

When it was announced back in April that The Rock would be returning to the ring at Wrestlemania 28 to square off against John Cena, fans salivated at the thought of the dream match. Well last night, The Rock and Cena teamed up to square off against The Miz(of Real World fame) and R-truth. Rock and Cena won, obviously, and Rock ended the show by leaving his partner lying with his finishing move, The Rock Bottom. The seeds of dissent were sown for April 1, 2012. The Rock and John Cena will meet in a battle for the ages, a war of two eras. And in that war, last night at Survivor Series, The Rock landed the first shot.
