
Emergency Management Reports Flooding in Natrona County
Flooding has been observed in the Casper area, emergency managers said.
Natrona County Emergency Management issued a statement on Facebook Tuesday afternoon stating flooding has been observed in low-lying areas.
There is also water in the frontage road at Elkhorn Creek near the Sinclair Refinery.
Garden Creek has risen by roughly five inches since 8 a.m. Tuesday morning, the agency said.
Residents who see water coming out of creek banks or washing out roads are encouraged to call Natrona County Emergency Management at 307-235-9205.
