With an 8-1 lead over the Idaho Falls Chukars, the Casper Ghosts seemed to be on their way to a 5th straight victory, but the home team still had some time and bats on their side, as they finished the game with a flurry of hits to pull out the 9-8 victory. Adam Spolane gives his recap here:

The Casper Ghosts scored seven runs in the fifth inning to take an 8-1 lead over the Idaho Falls Chukars, but the Chukars scored five in the seventh, and three in the eighth to beat the Ghosts 9-8 at Melaleuca Field.

The Ghosts grabbed the lead in the third inning. Angel Reyes led off with a single, he moved to second on a passed ball, and third on a balk. Juan Ciriaco drove him home with an infield single to give the Ghosts a 1-0 lead, but the Chukars answered that run in the bottom of the inning to tie the game.
