Taking a 1-0 lead early in the game gave the Casper Ghosts (7-15) a temporary sense of hope, before the Ogden Raptors (16-6) scored 13 straight to win the game 13-2. Here's Ghosts announcer Adam Spolane's game re-cap:

The Casper Ghosts entered their 7-game road trip to Idaho Falls and Ogden having won four straight, but they lost six of seven on the trip, including Monday's 13-2 drubbing at the hands of the Ogden Raptors, as they finished the sweep of the four game series at Lindquist Field.

For the third time in the series, the Ghosts struck first. David Kandilas led off the game with a single, and he stole second base. He got to third on a balk, and he scored when Will Swanner grounded out, that gave the Ghosts a 1-0 lead.

Ogden answered immediately with two runs in the bottom of the inning. Charlie Mirabal led off the inning with a single, and he got to third on a one out single by Scott Shebler. They scored their first run on a double steal, and their second run came in on a wild pitch.
