The Wyoming High school football season ended over the weekend with new champions crowned in all 5 classifications. In 4A, Sheridan jumped out to a 31-7 lead and held on to beat Gillette 38-31. Sheridan receiver Dante Crow had 10 catches for 175 yards as the Broncos win their first state title since 2011. in 3A, Star Valley captured their first state title since 1996 as they downed Green River 31-15. Star Valley defeated Green River by a single point during the regular season and received a 179 yards rushing from Kellen Hansen. Wheatland won a state title for the first time since 1984 by defeating Glenrock 22-8. Upton-Sundance won their first state title as a combined team with a 33-14 win over Tongue River in the 1A title game. Dawson Butts rushed for 114 yards for the Patriots. Kaycee captured their first state title in 1A 6 man defeating previously unbeaten Meeteetse 51-32. The Bucs rang up 243 yards rushing and took advantage of 4 Meeteetse fumbles
