The Gillette Camels threw in an astounding 15, 3 pointers enroute to a 77-55 win over Natrona in the first round of the State 4A Boys Tournament at Casper College on Thursday night.

The Camels shot a blistering 54% from the field and went 15-26 from 3 point land.

Trey Hladkey had 4 of those 3 pointers and finished with 21 points.

Dawson Miessler was even better with 6 treys and he totaled 20 points on the night.

Natrona shot  a respectable 43% from the floor and Brennan Hagar was their leading scorer with 11.

The Mustangs fall to 4-20 on the year and will play Cheyenne East in the consolation round on Friday at 1:30 at the EC.

Gillette ups their record to 17-8 and move to the semi-finals where they will face Rock Springs at 9pm, also at the Events Center.
