NC Boys & Girls Take 2nd at State Nordic, KW 5th and 6th
The Casper Nordic ski teams travelled to Jackson for the state meet over the weekend and the Jackson boys and girls were dominate in winning state championships. The Natrona boys took 2nd in the team standings as Adam Pickett took 6th in the classic race and 2nd in the freestyle race. Ben Radosevich finished 8th in both of those events for the Mustangs. The Kelly Walsh took 6th. On the girls side, Natrona took 2nd again as Maddy Tinker took 5th in the classic and 7th in the freestyle. Kit Kat Gruner of the Fillies 14th in the classic and 5th in the freestyle. The Kelly Walsh girls were paced by Taylor Bright who had a solid meet thanks to a 4th place finish in the classic race and a 6th place finish in the freestyle. The Lady Trojans finished 5th in the girls team standings.
