The Colorado Rockies beat the Cincinnati Reds 5-4 on Tuesday. That win by the Rockies broke a 6 game losing streak to the Reds. Troy Tulowitski with a 2-run homer in the 8th inning that was originally ruled fan interference then ruled a home run. The Rockies now 3 games over .500 and will take on the Reds again tonight in Cincinnati.

The Casper Cutthroats baseball team is on the road tonight in Northern Colorado in Johnstown. That will be a 2 game series and the Cutthroats will be back home on Friday.

Its Shrine Bowl week with the annual high school all-star football game to be played Saturday night at Natrona County High School. The North and South players have returned from Salt Lake City after their visit to the Shrine Children's Hospital and now are preparing for the game. The North team has 4 guys who are Milward Simpson award finalists. Cody Savage and Dino Collins from Lovell, Dani Fischer from Gillette and Ben Mancuso from Burlington. There are 6 players from the Casper schools. Breckon Biggs, Josh Flanigan, Dan Reese and Colter Bentley represent Natrona and John Fabrizius and Isaac Bayer from Kelly Walsh. The game will be Saturday night at 7:00pm at Cheney Alumni Field at NCHS.

In the Stanley Cup Playoffs in hockey, Los Angeles captured game 3 of the Western Conference Finals posting a 3-1 home win over Chicago. Los Angeles has won 15 straight games at home and 8 straight playoff games at home. Chicago leads that series 2 games to 1.
