Rocky Mountain Gun Club Hosts Meat Shoot this Friday, May 1st
The Rocky Mountain Gun Club invites you out to their first Friday of the month, meat shoot on Friday, May 1st.
This is a fun event and is a safe and enjoyable experience for the entire family. Shooters of all ages and abilities are welcome to come shoot trap and possibly win meat while having fun and making new friends.
Snacks and munchies are provided by the club members and your participation helps support your local gun range. The'll have a 50/50 raffle as well as gun drawings throughout the evening.
Also the RMGC is in need of 12 & 20 gauge loaner guns if you have a few you wouldn't mind loaning out for a couple of days, as students from the NCHS outdoor recreation class will be at the club on Monday and Tuesday. Volunteers are also needed to help with the student trap event.
Numerous groups of students will stopping by the gun club over the two day period to sharpen their skills on clay target shooting. With 90+ students expected each day, the RMGC could use some extra help.
They hope to make this a safe and enjoyable experience for the students, both gals and guys, and this takes numerous helpers on the trap line.
Any and all help would be appreciated. Sessions are on Monday & Tuesday, April 20 & 21.
The first buses will arrive around 8:30 AM and each day should finish around 2:30 PM.
Lunch will be provided.
The group of students will be at the club on Monday and Tuesday, May 4 & 5.
As always these days and event are weather permitting.
