T-Birds Sweep Dawson CC On Saturday

The Casper College T-Birds swept a doubleheader from Dawson CC of Glendive, Montana Saturday at Erickson Gym. Both teams were playing their first games in the new year.The 6th-ranked Lady T-Birds had no trouble winning by a score of 82-32. The T-Birds improve their record to 12-1. The T-Birds were led by KeArrow Jenkins with 12-points and 5-rebounds. Taylor Diehl, 11 points and 5-assists and Rosalie Cutri  with 10-points, 5-assists and 5-steals. The T-Bird men won 99-65 over Dawson and saw their record go to 9-4. Jerold Brooks, the transfer from Southern Idaho had 23 points, 5 rebounds, 3 steals. Tyler Larson had 14 points and 6 rebounds, Dominique Lee 13 points, 5 rebounds and Denzel Douglas with 11 points for the T-Birds. Both teams head to Miles City, Montana Wednesday night. Women's game at 5:30 with the men at 7:30 with both games on AM 1400 ESPN.
