T-Birds Sweep NWCC

The Casper College basketball teams swept Northwest of Powell on Saturday at the Erickson gym with the T-Bird men coming away with a 8057 victory and the T-bird women winning 73-58. In the mens game, C.C. hit 11 3 pointers in the game and were led in scoring by Jay Wright who threw in 22. Daniel Nwosu chipped in 18 as the Birds improved to 8-4 in North Sub Region play. On the ladies side, Kendyl Nunn led the way  with 19 as the Thunderbirds upped their record to 8-4 in the North Sub Region. Both Casper College teams will be at Little Big Horn in Montana on Wednesday.
