Tyler Cox Named WWC Wrestler of the Week.

University of Wyoming wrestler Tyler Cox was the Western Wrestling Conference grappler of the week following 2 wins over the weekend. Cox who hails from Gillette and is ranked 15th in the country at 125 pounds  defeated #11 Ronnie Bresser of Oregon State on Friday 9-3. It was the 21st time in his career that Cox has beaten a nationally ranked opponent. Cox finished the weekend with a 14-12 win over Boise State's Carson Kuhn to improve to 21-6 on the year. The Cowboys defeated both Oregon State and Boise State in those duals. They'll be at Northern Colorado on Sunday in Greeley.
