Football Semifinals: #4-Cheyenne East At #1-Natrona

Wyoming high school playoff football moves into the semifinals this Friday across the state. In 4A, the top four teams will match up. Top ranked Natrona plays host the 4th ranked Cheyenne East. The Mustangs (10-0) are coming off a quarterfinal win over Rock Springs 54-7. The Thunderbirds (7-3) beat cross-town rival Central 45-6. NC won the regular season game 34-2 on Sept. 28th at Casper. Kickoff is at 7:00pm with the pregame show at 6:45 on AM 1400 ESPN from Mustang Stadium. The other 4A semifinal has 2nd ranked Gillette (9-1) hosting 3rd ranked Sheridan (8-2).

In 6-Man football, Midwest will be at Dubois. The Oilers (6-2) ousted Kaycee 68-26 in the opening round last Friday night. Dubois (8-0) routed H.E.M 89-19. Kickoff is slated for 2:00pm Friday.
