The Canadian Football League has been hit by a rash of players returning missed field goals for touchdowns.

If you remember correctly, the first missed field goal return of the 2012 season was Calgary’s Larry Taylor returning a missed kick against the Toronto Argonauts 125 yards for the score.

Last weekend, Saskatchewan Roughriders Tristan Jackson broke that week-old record by taking a missed field goal from British Columbia kicker Paul McCallum an astounding 129 yards for six points.

The CFL either needs better kickers or longer fields.
