The Cokeville Panthers won their 22nd game in a row as they knocked off Lusk 29-6 in the 1A State football championship in Laramie. James Teichert led the Cokeville attack with 178 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns. Lusk had just 117 yards of total offense but received a sensational  defensive performance from Martin Fitzwater who recorded 20 tackles, 11 of them solo. Cokeville has now won 22 state championships in football with Lusk finishing 2nd 4 of the last 5 years.
