Local HS Volleyball Teams Manage Weekend Split

The Natrona and Kelly Walsh volleyball teams split their matches with Evanston and Riverton over the weekend. NC defeated Riverton on Friday 3-2, 25-15, 18-25, 25-22, 15-25 and 15-6. The Fillies lost to Evanston on Saturday 3-0, 25-22, 25-18 and 25-23 to drop to 19-9 overall and 5-2 in the 4A West play.

Kelly Walsh also defeated Riverton last week 3-0, 25-17, 25-17 and 25-17. The Trojans also lost to Evanston 3-2, 12-25, 27-25, 27-25 20-15 and 15-8 so KW dropped to 20-9 on the year and 4-3 in the 4A West. Kelly Walsh will host Green River on Thursday and Rock Springs on Friday. Natrona will host Green River on Friday and Rock Springs on Saturday.
